Consumers have the right to return their purchase within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day the goods are delivered. On the occasion of the Christmas holidays, the purchased goods can be returned by 31 January.
For products with a discounted price or promotion, it is not possible to make returns.
RTURN: you have 14 days to return the goods. The product must not have been used and the packaging must not be damaged. The shipping costs of the product that must be returned are borne by the buyer.
CLAIM (returned due to manufacturing defect): you have 14 days to file a claim. The collection of the damaged product is at our expense.
ORDER CANCELLATION: you can cancel the entire order already paid for and not shipped within an hour, by writing an email to: barbieri@larioseta.com
Important:
Check the products that have just arrived. We do NOT make returns/exchanges and we do NOT accept claims after 14 days from when you received the goods.
If you have received a free product and want to make a full or partial return, you must also send the free (unopened) product back. Otherwise, we deduct the amount equal to the value of the free product.
It is NOT possible to claim a product that has been damaged but has already been washed – we cannot verify if the wash has been carried out properly. The damage may have been caused during washing.
CHECK THE PRODUCTS THAT HAVE JUST ARRIVED.
We DO NOT cancel/modify orders that have already been paid for unless requested by one hour.
We do not refund shipping costs if the customer makes 2 or more separate orders.
If you have forgotten something, please contact us before making another purchase.
We do not carry out returns/exchanges of used, washed, soiled or damaged products. We do not accept a claim if the product has been damaged by the buyer.
Refunds are made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, or the date of order cancellation.
In the event of a partial return (not all products related to an order are returned), the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable but only the value of the returned goods.
If the product to be returned or exchanged shows signs of wear, has been soiled, washed or damaged, and therefore the return/exchange/claim has not been accepted, the buyer must arrange for the item to be picked up on their own.
In the event that the free shipping applied to your order, and the total amount of the order after returns will be less than the minimum order amount eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.
WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN/EXCHANGE/COMPLAINT:
To make a return, exchange, or file a claim, follow these steps:
You can exchange or return the goods by emailing barbieri@larioseta.com informing us of your intention to return the goods.
The following must be kindly indicated:
– your order number
– your name, surname and address
– the intention to exchange the goods or return them
– the reason for the return or exchange
LARIOSETA will reply to your email within 24-48 hours.
