The goods are entrusted to the courier from Monday to Friday, generally by 16:00 on the same day or the day after the order is confirmed.
Purchases made during pre-holiday or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery times generally vary from 2 to 5 working days from the moment the courier makes the shipment.
These times are in any case merely indicative and are in no way binding on Barbieri. No responsibility can be attributed to Barbieri in the event of delay in the execution of the order or in the delivery of what has been ordered.
Shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense and will be indicated in the shopping cart when placing the order.
Courier deliveries are made during working hours. Therefore, for delivery it is preferable to enter an address where someone is always present for collection, otherwise the package will be in storage with a consequent delay in delivery and possible charge of custody costs.
The delivery of what has been ordered is intended at street level; There is no delivery to the floor.
At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer must check:
- that the number of packages delivered to him corresponds to that indicated on the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact and unaltered.
In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the words “subject to control of goods” on the delivery document received from the courier and, if possible, photographing the packaging. Subsequently, the Customer must report any damage to Barbieri within two days of receipt of the products, attaching the relevant photographs. In the event of failure by the Customer, within five working days, to collect the products ordered and in stock at the courier’s warehouses, Barbieri will cancel the purchase order due to the impossibility of delivery of the products to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, with the latter being charged for the costs of storage/storage of the products.
Barbieri declines all responsibility for non-delivery resulting from causes dependent on non-collection, incorrect or incompletely entered address or other causes not dependent on its own action or omission.
