The collection of the damaged product is at our expense.<\/p><p><strong>ORDER CANCELLATION:<\/strong> you can cancel the entire order already paid for and not shipped <strong>within an hour<\/strong>, by writing an email to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:barbieri@larioseta.com\">barbieri@larioseta.com<\/a><\/p><h3>Important:<\/h3><p><br \/>Check the products that have just arrived. We do NOT make returns\/exchanges and we do NOT accept claims after 14 days from when you received the goods.<\/p><p><strong>If you have received a free product and want to make a full or partial return, you must also send the free (unopened) product back. Otherwise, we deduct the amount equal to the value of the free product. <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>It is NOT possible to claim a product that has been damaged but has already been washed \u2013 we cannot verify if the wash has been carried out properly. The damage may have been caused during washing.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>CHECK THE PRODUCTS THAT HAVE JUST ARRIVED.<\/strong><\/p><p>We DO NOT cancel\/modify orders that have already been paid for unless requested by one hour.<\/p><p>We do not refund shipping costs if the customer makes 2 or more separate orders.<\/p><p><strong>If you have forgotten something, please contact us before making another purchase.<\/strong><\/p><p>We do not carry out returns\/exchanges of used, washed, soiled or damaged products.
